Extrusion mold: Adopting the latest design of blue or spiral split head, it has the characteristics of uniform discharge, easy adjustment, and elimination of extrusion fusion lines.

Vacuum shaping device: Vacuum spray box, spray cooling box or high-efficiency cooling water tank, all parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel material.

Tractor: Two jaw belt or rubber track tractor, to meet the production requirements of different pipes.

Cutting machine: chip free rotating blade cutting.

Stacking device: Automatic flip plate or roller stacking device, small caliber pipes can be equipped with a dual station winding machine according to customer requirements.

There are multiple electrical control systems to choose from (such as PLC automation control system), with fast and stable production speed, simple and easy control operation.
